Ultrasonic Cleaner
Ultrasonic cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning) uses ultrasonic cavitation, acceleration and direct flow in liquid to disperse, emulsify and strip dirt for thorough cleaning.
Overview:
The transducer forms countless 50-500 um bubbles filled with vapor, generating local hydraulic impacts of hundreds of MPa. This cavitation bursts and strips dirt from surfaces and hidden areas; ultrasound also enhances penetration, agitation, dissolution, dispersion and emulsification for thorough cleaning. Cleans complex parts with cavities and grooves. No damage to surfaces; works with various cleaning agents. Cleans at room temperature or mild heat (~60 C).
