AOC Inspection Microscope

More and more factories use laser cutting machines to produce various jumpers for AOC and other applications.

Most jumper fibers protrude over 100 µm; measuring fiber protrusion height is a key engineering focus.

After laser cutting, fiber height consistency in multi-fiber jumpers needs tighter control.

Lienhe's FibKey 5600 multi-magnification microscope inspects laser-cut products: fiber endfaces, side angles, and front profiles.

The FibKey 5600 also observes cut angles and laser view. Our Sagitta laser cutting machine has an adjustable spindle for angle needs. Beyond inspection, the 5600 measures fiber height: clamp the jumper in a fixture, view the front profile, then compare or compute fiber height with software.
