• Fiber Optic Polisher MCP24

  Figure-8 polishing gives low apex offset and good end-face geometry, saving polishing film and consumables. The internal linear stage keeps the polishing reference flat, suitable for flat polishing of MT and other connectors. Polishing pressure is continuously adjustable via a pneumatic system.

• Fiber Optic Polisher ACP24

  Upgraded from the MCP24, the ACP24 features ASR (Automated Fiber Stub Removal) to automatically trim the fiber stub at the connector end face. Process parameters are programmable and storable, with built-in factory presets.

• Bare Fiber Polisher Fibkey® BFP

  Polishes bare fiber ends into various lens shapes: large taper, small taper, wedge (screwdriver tip), angled, flat, etc. The improved fiber holder and process features achieve micron-level concentricity, enabling halving of the single-mode core (9 µm).
